Ok, that is not true – it just doesn’t happen. Wherever you may have heard that with some exercise you could get a flat stomach overnight, you may want to go back there and burn down the advert because it simply does not happen that way.

Alright, maybe you don’t have to be that aggressive about it, but you don’t have to believe it because a flat stomach is not something that you get all so suddenly; if you want it you are going to have to work and sweat for it. 

Take it from someone with a yo-yoing weight condition; I have seen it happen time without number. Every time I pack on the pounds in find that with the right flat stomach exercise I can shed all the weight right back, but it takes time – days or even weeks at times.

However, it is totally possible. I don’t advise that you get into the habit of gaining and losing weight all the time, but I strongly urge that once you realize and acknowledge that you have the stomach problems, you should start up with a daily regimen of flat stomach exercises and see just how far they will get you in a matter of days. 

So where do you begin? If you are looking to make your stomach flat, exercises range well from simple on the spot workouts to long range workouts that could take you halfway across the city. You must realize that your stomach is not flat not just because you overeat, but also because you do not burn the energy that is stored up in your stomach and in the tissues of your body.

As a result, you have to step up the number of calories you burn on a daily basis. In the simplest of terms, you have to start jogging every evening and running every morning. Fat spread all over your body starts to burn out and you begin to lose weight. You may not realize it immediately, but as your love handles take a hike, your stomach gradually does too.
