While running and jogging are one of the best types of exercises to get flat stomach, it’s not always enough. Once you have the jogging covered, other exercises to get a flat stomach will have to include a bit of stretching and aerobics and sit ups.

Ordinarily, the stretching does not exactly do much for your stomach, but it helps to prepare you for the aerobics. The aerobics however improve your blood flow so that your digestive system is improved. As a result, food and fat that would have stored up in your tissues get used up and passed out as waste.

Finally, although the sit ups do not exactly flatten your stomach as much as they harden it, they also help to speed up your metabolism so that food passes through faster instead of being stored up. Added to that, you gradually begin to develop your abdominal muscles so that you could actually improve look like a model. 

Of all exercises for flat stomach results, the jogging and the sit ups work best together. The jogging burns fat and speeds up your metabolism, the sit ups also help to hasten your metabolism and develop your rock hard abs.

If you are studious and persistent enough with just these two, you could have your flat stomach inside of a single month, although that would vary with how fat you are and how much you also eat in your diet.
